Description
Diableries VIII is part of Sarah Shaw's small size Diableries collection. Inspired by the title of a series of stereoscopic photographs published in Paris during the 1860s (Les Diableries), the artist's collection of small oils on wood portray various vignettes depicting scenes that talk about black magic, sorcery, or mischievous conduct.
 
This is an original oil on wood and comes signed by the artist on verso.
