Description
While working on the recording of Radiohead’s album A Moon Shaped Pool in the South of France, Donwood produced a series of original works on paper in response to the band’s live recordings. While experimenting, the artist dug into the ground and these hollows were filled with water. The pools were then filled with pigments and then materials were used to lift these from the water. The completed pieces became records of a moment in time and of the atmospherefrom where they were made.
 
Leadfield is part of that series and the last of the black & white Watermarks' collection.is part of that collection and the last of the black & white Watermarks' collecion.
