Description
This is a medium-sized original skull mosaic. Made from fired, hand-coloured, ceramic tiles with rare and hand-made transfers. The mosaic is attached to an aluminum backing and has fittings for hanging.
 
Carrie has been producing a small set of skulls since her return from Mexico in 2015. The pieces are all in strong colours and pay homage to the Day of the Dead celebrations. This great example comes with a Metropolitan Police badge as a third eye and the Queen as a clown.
